  Excellent work and great customer service. Repaired a broken zip on a backpack rather than replacing it with a new zip. I took the bag in person; they explained the problem with the zip, what could be done to fix it, and the cost. Repair was completed in under an hour and I received a call when it was ready to collect. Price was fair for the expert work done and much cheaper than fitting a new zipper.

  Both of our suitcases were damaged by the baggage handlers, locally we could not find a solution.

We approached Vas and dropped both of our cases off and both cases were repaired.The work done was professional, on time and the cost very reasonable.

Can only highly recommend Vas and his wife for their efforts.

If you have a bag , jacket etc that needs repairing suggest you make contact, before replacing.

  I was lucky to find zipexperts after 2 years of my Nomatic backpack zip rail being broken and I could not find anyone to repair it.
It was the 4-zip affair with the teeth coming out at one of the top edges.
Booking online was easy as was going to North London.  I waited in a lovely coffee shop whilst Vasili repaired the damage and made all the zips look good.  He even added a polish to ensure weatherproofing.  Very good guy, professional and trustworthy.  Cost is reasonable for the amount of work he had to do.  Having been to different cobblers here and overseas, I cannot recommend Vas enough for this type of work.
